Massage Therapy
For centuries, massage therapy has been used all over the world to ease the body, mind and soul. Massage increases circulation of blood to the heart, increases lymphatic drainage and helps the body deal with metabolic waste that builds up in muscle tissue. Therapeutic massage can release tight muscle fibers caused by stress, poor posture or job-related movements. It can allow you the opportunity to become aware of your stress areas and body in general. This therapy has a calming effect on the nervous system and returns you to a state of well-being.
All of our Massage Therapists are licensed by the State of Tennessee. When scheduling your appointment you may request a female or male therapist, however we cannot guarantee this preference. Our therapists are all well trained in draping techniques and their professionalism will ensure your utmost comfort during you spa services. If you are under a physician’s care for cancer or undergoing chemotherapy or other cancer treatments, a written release must be provided from your physician prior to receiving any massage or body treatments. Clients must also be at least six weeks removed from recent surgeries to have massage performed. For information concerning maternity massage services, please visit our “Specialty Services” tab. Please note that maternity massage services during pregnancy are permitted during the 2nd & 3rd trimesters only; beginning at week 14 of pregnancy.

Massage Cupping
